It needs to be about Airbus Industrie, an aviation business operating in the international business environment. It needs to be prepared consistent with the current APA Publication Manual. Must have a minimum of ten separate references (No Wiki?s or Pedia?s). International business administration is the focus of the paper and should revolve around this.

The following is the Headings and what those headings should discuss.

Section 1 – History and Company Information. Needs to consist of a discussion on the corporate background of the Airbus Industrie company to include its history and development of the company, principle goods and services, market share, geographic locations where it operates, and major competitors.

Section 2 ? Corporate Strategy and Outlook. Needs to discuss Airbus?s corporate strategy and include a SWAT analysis (competitive outlook) and a 5 year outlook for their international component.

Section 3 ? Financial Status. Needs to analyze the financial status of Airbus and include the latest financial reports (i.e. current profits and sales, Income and asset statements and any other relevant financial statements.)

Section 4 ? Leadership and Management Philosophies and Corporate Structure. Needs to evaluate Airbus?s leadership and management philosophies and discuss the corporate structure of the company?s International department.
