It is Based on 3 media articles only within Australian newspaper or news channel from July to October 2015 which I have looked and copy pasted the link here in a different word docs. Pick 3 of whichever topic you want to talk about . However if you think you have a better topic to talk about you can too as long as it is Australian Employment Relations Issue (July- October 2015).
In each Article it is required to cover about the following:

Collect 3 current (July to October 2015) AUSTRALIAN media articles that relate to modules covered in this course. Media articles include newspaper articles, transcripts from radio programs and articles from news websites (not academic journal articles). Critically discuss each article in turn ensuring that your selection of articles gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of each of the following areas:

• The parties to employment relations EG; (Workers, Unions, Employers, Employer associations, Government / the state, Fair Work Commission & Fair Work Ombudsman) which ever is involve

• State regulation
• Collective agreement-making processes, and
• Industrial conflict.

You do not have to address each of these areas for each specific article. However each area needs to be appropriately covered by the end of the paper. It is therefore important to select a range of articles that provide this opportunity.

Layout
It is suggested that you use the media articles as your major headings and use the four topics as subheadings under each media article as appropriate. Here is an example:

A description of the collective-agreement making processes relevant to this issue and how this relates to the content of the unit.

Industrial conflict.
A description of the industrial conflict evident in this article, and how this relates to the content of the unit.

Structure
Discuss / analyse each article in turn as shown above. In doing so look for an opportunity to show a deep knowledge of material covered in this unit (including the parties to employment relations, state regulation, collective agreement-making and industrial conflict) and your relevant wider reading. Use your article titles as your headings.
