Topic: The impact of music therapy on social communication and social anxiety on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders
Literature Review of Autism (outline of chapters will be provided below) and of music therapy. Literature review will include history of ASD, definition of ASD, symptoms of ASD, interventions (community and school based). Music therapy review will not include extensive history, but in what settings it’s used in, how used specifically with Autism, etc.
