As I mentioned in my note we need to redo the theoretical framework in chapter 2 such that it ‘jibes’ with your discussion of the theoretical framework in chapter 1. Here are some suggestions as to how to approach it. We need about 3-4 pages.
Start the section with Kendra Knudtzon’s (2002) theory about socializing and culture and how people relate to others in their environment is the theoretical framework that supports the problem of cultural differences for virtual teams. (Then discuss what Knudtzon did–what was his problem, his sample, the experiment, and the results. Then relate his work to your problem statement).
Then for the remainder of the section you need to cite other researchers who used KK’s theory, how they used it, their sample and results, and relate their results to your problem.
